Thomas Rowlandson in Bath

Amongst our eclectic collection of canal-related pictures is this wonderful cartoon by Thomas Rowlandson, The Mitre in Paddington.
The exhibition of his  cartoons of political and social life at the Holburne Museum in Bath has been extended for another week. It now closes here on Sunday Feb 15.  After that it moves to Buckingham Palace, I believe.
This is a small exhibition but kept me enthralled for an afternoon.
